About This Test
The Number Memory Test measures your working-memory span: several unique digits flash at random grid positions, then hide — recall them by clicking in ascending order.
Starting from 3 digits, each passed level adds one. It's harder than plain digit recall: you must remember the values, their positions, and sort them at the same time — a dual challenge of span and spatial memory.
Most adults span 5–9 digits; consistently passing 8+ is excellent. Everything runs in your browser and your score can enter the leaderboard (anonymously if you prefer).
